I recently stayed at this hotel and had very mixed feelings. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the boats for island trips, which I loved. The room I had was really spacious, but unfortunately, it lacked windows which made it feel a bit like a basement. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, but I did encounter a few issues, especially with cleanliness. Overall, it had its perks but definitely some drawbacks that need addressing.
